THE FIVE STAGES
What each stage does, and what it hands to the next
01 · Workload Intelligence
Fingerprint the model. Profiles compute, memory, and I/O from real inference traces. Hands on: a requirements brief with throughput, latency, and power targets.
02 · Virtual Silicon
Simulate before committing. Models power, performance, and cost for candidate architectures before layout. Hands on: modelled results for every candidate.
03 · Architecture Explorer
Choose the right design. Scores candidates side by side against the same workload. Hands on: one selected architecture and a documented decision record.
04 · Pre-Silicon Validation
Prove it on hardware. Runs the chosen design on FPGA against real workloads. Hands on: a validated design and a go/no-go decision for tapeout.
05 · Manufacturing
Package, test, prove. Assembly, test, and advanced packaging, being built in phases in Uttar Pradesh. Hands on: assembled, tested, qualified parts.
WHY A LOOP
Not a hand-off between separate vendors
Evidence at every gate
Each stage produces an artefact the next stage can check: a brief, a model, a decision record, a validation report.
Findings flow backwards
What validation and test reveal feeds back into the workload models, so each design starts better informed than the last.
Less waste
Mistakes are caught in simulation and on FPGA, not in the fab — fewer physical iterations, less silicon, water, and energy spent.
CLEAN FUTURE CF-1
Proven on our own chip first
Clean Future CF-1, our low-power edge AI accelerator, is being built through every stage of this loop. The same process we offer customers, run first on ourselves.
